The warranty is avalable to customers who have owned Extended Five Star Warranty Card from tharayil power Outlets duly signed and sealed by the dealer with customer details and Bar Code Ref.No. given. Incomplete cards with the following details not produced stands void.
It is entirely upon the companies discretion to repair / replace damaged part at the site of installation or anywhere as decided by the company.
The damaged parts will be replaced by fuctionally operating equivalent material only and not necessarily with brand new ones and may be different from the ones originally fitted , as per its availability.
